ou want to do something that would beat other gyms? Offer affordable personal training. The insane amounts of money that these gyms charge to train you are ridiculous and say you gave two weeks free training, you'd steal people from other gyms.
There's a slight bit of merit to this. Gyms charge based on what people will pay, regardless of their trainers knowledge. But training worth paying for cost $. The trainers worth paying aren't lowering their prices to bring in a market they don't need. Go to a bootcamp if you can't afford real training

I'm a powerlifter and compete, so I would use the shite out of your gym. I'd say $30 a month.

That's fair, but you're not thinking of the customer. The trainer lives and breathes fitness (usually), the customer for the most part has no clue where to begin and if they'll fall in love with it. I don't use personal training because I know what I'm doing for the most part and if not, I'll ask OT lol. I'm just saying you gotta think of the moms who don't have time for the gym and need something affordable or the kids who wanna get into fitness but work minimum wage jobs.

Which customer? The one that wants me to discount my rate so they can afford it? Tell that to your plumber, lawyer, doctor, etc. PERSONAL training costs $. I capitalized it because it's a term that has been bastardized over the last 5 years. "Group" training isn't personal. and 99.9% of programs that claim to be "semi-private" are miniature bootcamps where everybody is doing the same bullshite workout. If you want my undivided attention for 1 hour, there's a going rate.
