One friend complained of similiar testicular pain after sex. turned out his testicles were "twisted" and he needed surgery.
I had testicular torsion at 20, it's not something you ignore. I was almost crawling into the ER on my hands and knees and got a shot of morphine as soon as I was diagnosed, surgery is required withing 4 hours of the cutoff of blood flow or you lose that nut. You need to go to the urologist man you nuts are something to play around with

Sure, but after too many times or multiple marathon sessions in a day. Sounds like they need to biopsy your balls bro

Within 10 hours of so of sex, I have right testicle pain and burning, and usually have gastrointestinal issues as well. It lasts for a couple of days, typically.
Happens when you fap also?

I did the fap test, same result.
I think it might be related to my vasectomy - a day after I had it, I had two days of excruciating right nut pain.

How hard are you hitting it? I get sore balls too after a particularly vigorous romp...but that's probably due to them slamming into something over and over

I used to piss blood the day after sex, but at least that stopped (and no cause was ever determined).
Yes, I've seen doctors. Bladder, kidneys, testicles all check out.

They confirmed the blood (and this was several years ago). Never could find the cause, and it stopped.

probably why they are sore in the first place. constant pounding of his nuts on the downstroke while maturbating.

Me too sometimes but I had to pay extra for that service.

I occasionally get testicular torsion after sex. Always my left nut.
I have gotten to the point where I don't go to the doctor, I twist it once to the right, if it doesn't feel better, I twist it twice to the left.

quote:I winced when reading this. I've never had a serious torsion, but I've had it twist around and look weird and feel uncomfortable before, but fortunately I recognized what was going on. I didn't want to try to twist it myself because I wasn't sure which was the "right" way and I didn't want to make it worse, so what I did was get in the shower and stand in really hot water. This made my balls drop, then I turned the water on cooler so they rose again. I kept doing this until it sorted itself out. As my balls moved up/down, they went back into their correct position. It didn't take too long and it was a huge relief.

But if anyone ever had painful torsion, please go to the doctor. I tried this because it didn't hurt and it worked, but it may not work for everyone. Maybe I got lucky or my torsion wasn't that bad.

Dumb question maybe but do your nuts hang way down? Are they slamming into his/her arse or anything else as you grind?

Pretty high chance there's something seriously wrong. I would have seen a doctor the first time blood came out of my wiener

Don't let him ejaculate in you.

Who did you see?
Did you get a cystoscopy (camera in penis)
Urethral stricture or prostate pathology could do this in a young man (minus the GI stuff). If you are an old man, it is likely your prostate (generating a high pressure system)
Chronic pelvic pain is also an unfortunate consideration (pelvic floor PT and stress management would be in order) if you are a chronically stressed person.

G.P. and a urologist, no cystoscopy.
I'm an old guy. Getting pain lower right back too, so maybe it is prostate.
