No rocks. Don't know about other side. All noise and vibration was from drivers side.

you would see it instantly when removing the wheel if it was a rock

Is there a way to segregate that line so fluid doesn't get to those breaks

HOW IN THE frick can you properly use the word 'segregate' but can't distinguish 'break' and 'brake'? You have fricked this up about 20 times so far this thread.

Moving along, have you determined that it isn't a rock trapped between the brake pad and the rotor? This seems more plausible than a brake permanently activated.

Instantaneous break issue?

I think if the hub fails, the tire comes off.

You can take a pair of vice grips and pinch the brake line if it's a soft line.
Put something between the jaws and line so it doesn't damage it.

Probably easier to get a tow if you don't know what you're doing.

You might have a brake caliper thats stuck open. If so, you take a big C clamp and force the to open ETA. If you end up forcing the caliper open with a C clamp it's gonna lock back down again when you start driving it and hit the brakes again.

Dude, he didn't even think about trying to check his brakes to figure out what the problem was. Do you think you will know how to compress a caliper?

My grandmother had that sound under her Caddy one time back in the early 60s ... she drove all the way home from out near the Ringling Bros and Barnum Bailey Circus Museum to the Manatee Bay neighborhood where they lived at the time with it making that noise ... and a few sparks flying.

Turned out to be a biker, Harley type. He had no lights, was all decked out in black ...

Anyways, he made a helluva grinding noise in the front end of her Caddy.

Breaks or a wheel bearing. Not safe to drive with either issue.

Wife's cousin is a mechanic. Caliper piston went out. Getting the entire front end BRAKE system done tomorrow. Thanks for all the advice OT. It's time for new BRAKES, rotors and calipers on the front end anyway.
