And who the hell initials their own name with a capital letter for the first name and lowercase for their last? These folks were lazy as frick with their forgery.

I didn't realize they were. Rented it off Travelocity and didn't think there would be a problem.
You should never book via a 3rd party site for any travel reservations. If you have an issue with a higher rate (hotel/car) they'll match them or beat it.

Contact Travelocity and whoever owns the rental company. Maybe talk to the airport and whoever is in charge of that contract. If they have any social media presence, keep blowing them up on that. Hit them up with pictures on every review site you can. Sadly, the cops won't do anything because they're lazy and DGAF about 90% of things. They might take a report and throw it in the trash when you leave
Other than you being diligent about harassing them, nobody is gonna help you. I'd frick with them though
Eta: Make multiple accounts with different emails on review sites so you can keep talking shite about them like you are different people. Talk to yourself like, "I had a similar experience as Dan A". Space out the bad reviews every week or three and you can also make up random shite too. Say something like they stole the your CC # because you only use that card to travel and she went in the back because "the system was down". Then, you had a charge at a makeup store two days later

Does their forgery on a rental contract constitute me taking further action outside of getting my $100?
Contact the Attorney General office in Texas. Most states have a consumer protection division that will bust their arse for you.

Best you can do is press it with the CC company.. Cops will simply claim it a civil matter and not worthy of criminal.

I found your problem.
Rent from a reputable company next time and chalk the loss of $100 as a learning experience.

You guys are way more easy going than me. I'd frick with them until they paid me just to leave them alone.

(And whomever down-voted Golfer's post is an idiot)
My go-to hotel on Turks & Caicos is always at least 20% cheaper because I email them directly rather than booking through Kayak or Travelocity.
Do you think third-party booking agencies insert themselves into the exposure of all those transactions for zero return?
With large chain hotels you might not get to see behind the curtain as to lower pricing, but with smaller hotels, etc., always check with the venue first.
To the OP: Let it go and keep giving the Rental Agency a black eye on reviews. Make up alters and do it that way. It works here for SOME people...

Almost every review of that site talks about them stealing the deposit

I don't think I've ever seen a company with such horrible reviews. lol.
But...but..they were the cheapest.

Report to AG of Texas. Small claims court is your other option

Take your signature down OP. People can amazing things with photoshop and forgery these days.
And use a damn reputable company next time instead of trying to save $5
I mean damn. That company literally has 4 locations

What state do you live in?
Contact your attorney general and ask about fraud claims.
It might make a difference if it's a chain or franchise.

Sit across the street with a high powered pellet gun. Put spiderwebs on all of the windshields in the lot. Then leave.

I'd report this to Travelocity too.
