So I was recently over at a boss' house because he invited a couple of us over to watch the World Series, and he has three kids. Two girls and a boy. The girls are well behaved in every way. The son, however, is basically Satan incarnate. This fricker was straight up trying to grab my crotch because he knew it would hurt. And yes, he landed it the first time, when I had no idea I should be protecting my package. Kid is in pre-school. What in the actual frick. I was basically just laughing and pushing this kid off me. But I am in no position to tell my boss and his wife how to discipline their kid, but this is freaking weird.
I imagine, I will be invited over there again. I have to have a better gameplay next time. What would the OT do? Do I just risk it and call this fricking kid out?
Oh for frick sakes, don't yall know how to handle anything?
Buy one box chocolate X lax, and one box Hershey bars. unrwap both, rewrap x lax in Hershey wrappers. Give to the kid next time you see him.
Also , wear a cup.

What you do, is when parents aren't looking, and he's running by you, you force him to trip over ur feet and fall, hard. You make sure to tell him, before doing it, to watch out, he's going to fall.
Then, he falls, cries, tries to blame you, but parents begin to get on him for running and tripping over you.
I did it to my nephews. Always worked.

The next time you are there, wait until no one is looking, and whisper "Santa isn't real" in his ear.

Ball up your fists and take him outside....
Then toss a baseball with him or shoot some hoops. Obviously the kid is starved for attention, especially with two sisters that probably get all the attention.

Find out where he goes to school and pay an older boy to whip his arse.
Came home from deployment when my oldest son was in third grade, found out a fifth grader had been picking on my kid daily for most of the school year. I got the kids name and then went to the next junior high school basketball game, found the loser 7th graders and paid a couple of them $20 each to teach that little frick a lesson.
Problem solved that kid never picked on my son , or anyone else, ever again.

Did the boss see it?
I mean, you could, you know, tell the parents about it. Especially if he's in preschool.
Not to mention, preschoolers often mimic behaviors they see or have done to them. I don't think you should become accusatory of anything, but Mom could have grabbed Dad there jokingly and the kid saw it. Vice versa. One of his preschool buddies could have done it to him at school. Maybe that friend at school is being touched inappropriately at home. Maybe your boss is touching his kid inappropriately.
Won't be able to figure out the cause, but I'm sure the parents would rather know what the kid did than you hide it from them.

Or how bout teach your son to throw a punch and get him to stand up for himself? Sure the other kid is 2yrs older but I bet if your son fought back he would stop picking on him and gain a little respect. Daddy isnt always going to be there to solve his problems.

The way I see it you've got 3 options:
1. Have a man to man talk with your boss.
2. Just deal with it when you're over there.
3. Relate to him on his level. Find what he likes and gain his trust. Ask your boss if you can take him for ice-cream. He probably had too much energy and is ignored by his parents. Play a sport with him. Toss a ball in the yard.
Gain his respect, and make him like you. Make sure he starts getting attached to you. And start being like a father figure to him.
Spend time mentoring him through elementary and high school. Make sure you're his hero and he looks up to you. Be the pinnacle of the perfect role model.
Then one day he'll fall in love. Wait for him to introduce his girlfriend to you, after all he looks up to you above everyone else and he needs your approval. Tell him she's special and he's lucky and you want to have them over for dinner.
Then make sure she shows up early to the dinner and he walks in to see you midplow just demolishing the love of his life. Tell him there is no God, he's adopted, and you think he's a stupid piece of shite. Then kick him hard in the nuts and say "that's payback for when you grabbed me at your dad's house 20 years ago". Then sever all contact. But marry that woman. And send him a christmas card every year showing how happy you both are.
It'll destroy him eternally, probably ruin his life, and he's sure to stop fricking with you.

Boss or not, I would be having a few words with him, away from his wife and tell him his kid needs to cut it out. I'm betting you aren't the first one to have his junk grabbed by the kid.

Well obviously that was done in the long run, but I was in the Army, deployed places dependents weren't allowed to go when my son was younger. Did what had to be done to stop the bullying that was happening at the moment.

Better hope this kid doesn't come out of nowhere in 20 years and bust you for child molestation charges

Well it is the 3rd option.

if he does it and dad is around just do a loud " arghhh!!" like it hurt like all frick. Dad will hear, wonder what happened, and you can just politely be like "oh nothing, he just hit me in the balls but kids will be kids hahaha".
Surely at that point, dad will step in and tell him to knock it off.

This is a very difficult situation. You were sexually assaulted by someone who will not be held responsible, feel obligated to overlook it, while being professionally compelled to not say anything. You seem unsure about how to prevent future attacks.
Joking aside, if any kid grabbed my crotch, I’d react by slapping the child and telling their parents what happened.
