Melanoma.

Melanoma on the foot is what killed Bob Marley.

Could be a melanoma if not just a hematoma. Get it checked out.

Serious answer. That is where your toe is hitting the inside of your shoe it appears. Happens often to runners or hikers. That toe appears longer than your great toe. Buy shoes 1/2 size larger.

Your wearing shoes that don't fit well and have made a blood blister on your toe. The usual cure is to let it go away, but in your case, I think you need to amputate.

Don’t ignore it,,,,if it doesn’t go away, go see about it,,,Bob Marley had a toe lesion that returned out to be melanoma and you prob know how that turned out for him.

It appears that your personal hygiene is very poor!

I'm willing to wager that you have body odor and dental problems.

Diddly -

You have now provided foot fetish porn for the weirdo’s on this site.

Is this for reals?
Is this just bait to lure KSGamecock out of his bunker?

I need to know.

Looks like there was some trauma to the area so likely a hematoma/bruise. In the event there was no trauma or if it doesn’t heal in the next few weeks, needs to be evaluated by a dermatologist or podiatrist.

Nice.

In all seriousness, I used to get those all the time when I was running/training for a marathon.
