I’ve noticed a few times over the past couple months that I had the below flakes in my urine. No pain when going. Reddit users say kidney stones. Am I dying?

Here’s some advice:
If there are chunks coming out your wiener, get yourself to a Dr.

Put some of that blue stuff in your toilet. You won't notice it anymore.

Ahh I’ve seen this before. It’s Aids pellet syndrome.

RIP bro

I keeed but please get checked out. Kidney stones don’t come out like that frequently. Typically momentary instances, not consistent ejection.

I think poop is coming out your dick. It’s a common problem.

Is that coming out immediately or do you notice it in the water a while later?
I'd say its amorphous sediment that crystalizes upon hitting the different pH of the water.

I’ve never noticed it come out of my ween but it’s there in the water after. We live in Connecticut now and are on well water so the pH of the water could be a factor.

It does look a bit like sediment, that can easily increase in size and become a problem, if they get big enough, and hit a sweet spot, and cause obstruction or that radiant pain that kidney stones are known for.

But the good news is, it’s relatively common for a lot of us dudes, and you see it now, and can likely get ahead of it and start drinking more water, and less of something else, like sodas or alcohol. There’s something you’re doing, that you can improve now, and hopefully not end up in a hospital for 2-3 days with a lithotripsy and a stint.

Also, not a Dr. but I did stay in a holiday inn express last week, and I’ve been dealing with kidney stones for nearly 30 years. Until I fixed this exact problem for myself about 7 years ago, and knock on wood, I haven’t had one since. After chronically fighting with those bastards 2-3 times a year from the time I was 17, till again, 7 years ago(almost 40 years old).

Well to be fair, I did a whole lot more than that, like a complete overhaul with diet and medications. What I did was extreme and basically out of desperation because I spent so many years taking more medicines, or doing less of this or more of that(after so many stones/lab work etc.) and that shite obviously wasn’t working. So I started by fasting, quitting a whole lot of medicines(like ALL of them) cold turkey, and basically a zero tolerance approach to anything I felt was contributing to it.

But the basic summary of how I’ve maintained and wayyyyy improved my health, is pretty close to a gallon of water a day, and to start my day, I do my own little electrolyte mix, with magnesium and pink Himalayan salt. I stay away from Gatorade/store made electrolyte and energy drinks etc.

But I can almost guarantee you, if you cut out most of the NOT water type drinks you’re likely partaking, and increase your water intake, you’ll get way ahead of this situation.

How old are you?

You need to go to the doctor. That’s not normal.

I’m 41… drink every weekend and still have soft drinks. I know that more water is needed in my diet. I actually felt dehydrated earlier this week after being in the sun all weekend then 3 days of strenuous exercise to start the week.
