Probably amorphous phosphate crystals. They form in high ph urine and can form at room temp.

You can pee in a cup and let it sit at room temp and watch them form.

It is an easy lab test to have performed, just tell your doctor you have crystals in your urine. You want to verify which type of crystals because some form kidney stones and you do not want that.

If you take any meds following cancer recovery, there is a post-radiation drug that drives your blood sugar way up and can crystalize like that in the bladder and come out in the urine stream when you void.

Did you try giving them a taste test?

Timely topic. Last Saturday while leaving BR heading to Florida on I-10, I started having severe pain in my right kidney/back area. Thankfully I was at the Walker exit and went straight to the Baton Rouge General ER there. I had zero wait time. As soon as I checked in someone from triage was waiting for me. They took me straight to a room and after a discussion with a PA directly to a CT scan to confirm kidney stones. Gave a urine sample which was definitely tainted, but a likely passed the stone at that point. Prescribed drugs for pain, Flowmax, nausea. Administered fluids and nausea meds and then kicked me out of the door. Total time was less than 2 hours and I was back on the road.

The single best ER experience I have ever had. Excellent work BR General - Walker.

This makes me wonder if Kyle Busch posted online the days before his death to see if his symptoms were normal
