I would prefer the gulf as well.

Is this pictures of Bernies summer camp?

The Pacific is legit cold even in the dead of summer. Granted when I was there the locals did nothing but bitch about the heat wave going on in San Diego.. it was like 83 with no humidity and a constant wind. Pussies

No thank you. So Cal beaches honestly kind of suck. Scenic at times, but the sand is 1 notch above mud and the water is freezing all year round. Gulf Coast beaches are superior. I’m not investing that much money to freeze my arse off swimming and build dirt castles in the “sand”.

I do a lot of business in Irvine. I love hanging out in Newport Beach.

Yep. Seems swimmable water would be a high priority for a beach place.
Of course the tradeoff is hurricane season.

Lol not even on a public beach, you could get a place in Carmel or Monterey for that money

The vast majority of beach goers don't swim in the ocean. Most of the ones that do get in up to their fat bellies in the water and stand there drinking so they can piss in the water. No thanks.

Have some family friends that had a place close to there in a similar spot, not on the beach but rt off it. They sold it for a shite load and moved to ft Lauderdale for much cheaper and just banked the extra millions.

Might check this out. I need a place to go when I want to feel like one of the peasants.

I stayed in Manhattan Beach a couple years ago and I was thinking the Market would be high but damn! Figured homes like these would be in the 2-2.5 million dollar range since it was out of the city. Just seemed like a rich and peaceful town rather than a Uber rich peaceful town.

I was going to say No, but after seeing that a dishwasher is included, I’m in.
