This is a helluva lot better deal than buying a shack on a 1/3 acre of land that is 30 miles from San Francisco for the cool price of $8 mil.

I used to live a half mile form the place in the OP. Houses there sale for a million and get torn down to build a place like that one. On the beach would double that price.
