Let's setup an LLC for the OT baws to buy it. Note on $5M is pretty low for 20-30 people. We could host our convention out there.

The den looks like a perfect place to setup a deadlift station.

Driveway will easily support 10-15 jacked up F250's

Not sure how many YETI's we could get in there

That is really cool looking, but those stairs look like an OSHA nightmare.

I just don't see the appeal of having a view of a urban area. That view of a valley in Montana or Smokey Mountains would be great though

What the frick do you expect in the Bay Area?

The castle isn't in Montana or the Smokies.

It looks like it has a bay view.

Weird because a lot of buildings in SF don't have AC. Maybe Berkeley is different because it's on the opposite side of the bay.

If you can afford a $5 million dollar house, you can afford to retrofit certain bedrooms or the whole damn thing with AC.

No way that place is $5 million unless there is a catch.

It's crazy how different the weather can be only a few miles away. A warm sunny afternoon in Berkeley might be 20 degrees cooler, foggy and windy in SF.

Many homes don't have A/C out there, even in southern CA.

Probably so by using those single-room deals.

I was mostly joking, but I did notice right away it didn't have AC.

No need for ac, I live a few miles from Berkeley, and it rarely gets above 80 with next to no humidity. It's on the hill so there is probably always wind to cool it down. No way that house is only 5m, the taxes on that house would be insane, as would be the upkeep. If it was 5m, someone could just buy it and turn around and sell it for double that

One of my sisters lives in Lafayette on the edge of Briones Park. It's generally very pleasant, but will occasionally get hot as monkey balls there. (They've got a portable A/C on wheels that they break out when it's crazy hot.)

LOL

Average is around 70% for the next ten days.

I guess compared to our humidity 70% might be next to none.

Berkeley might be averaging 70% relative humidity over the next ten days, but the high temps aren't forecasted to get out of the 60s for the next week.
