Cut it short -experiment with full shave, buzz, or just really short and neat. And pair it with a well groomed beard.

I’ve been on D for a couple of years. It stopped the bleeding at least. I’m not ready to be bald yet.

I just keep mine trimmed. No shorter than 1 inch, but no longer than 2. Doesn’t look near as bad as when it’s somewhat grown out.

I haven’t experienced any issues with it. I am on testosterone, however. I don’t believe I would have a problem with thinning hair if not for the testosterone. The doc who prescribed the finasteride said the side effects are rare. I would have discontinued it immediately if I had experienced sexual dysfunction or any of the stuff you mentioned.
