What's the OT's take on hair loss? do you:
A) Shave it/Cut it really short.
B) Let it grow like you have before.
C) Hair plugs lol
D) Pills

I wear a hat 95% of the days at work as my office is pretty casual. But my wife is trying to convince me to start taking pills and shite to keep what I have. I don't really like daily hair maintenance and am leaning towards just cutting really short and keeping the beard 100% of the time.

It is what it is. The worst thing you can do is try to hide it and/or not accept it.

I've had a big bald spot in the back/top of my head for the last 15 years or more. I can't see it and forget it's there unless I see a picture of myself or see it in the mirror. I have not adjusted the length or the way I wear my hair. I'm not trying to do a comb over or cover it up, but I'm also not shaving my head because of it.

Hair loss is curable now. Look at Daniel Tosh and Brian Urlacher.
Depends how soon you catch it with D) and how much money you want to spend on C) if you're really far gone.

The big three for hair loss are: 1) Finasteride 2) Minoxidil (Rogaine) 3) Derma-rolling (1.5mm every two weeks based on studies)
Think of your head as a garden. The DHT (rocks) is blocking your hair growth. You take the fin to get rid of the rocks. Min acts as a fertilizer. Dermaroller acts as a tiller.

If you're serious, go to reddit r/tressless and read their pinned FAQ.

If your head shape can support chrome, do it and never look back.

28, been balding since early college unfortunately. Tried Finasteride, suffered dick-related side effects so I stopped within about 3 months. Grew hair out for a few years to try and hide it.

One evening randomly Mrs. Cotten said, “I think you’d look good with your hair cut like that” while watching a commercial. 15 mins later we were in the bathroom buzzing it all off with a 1 guard. I’m pretty certain that was the night our first child was conceived as well. I get told constantly I look 10 years younger now that I cut it all off and wish I would’ve done it a decade ago.

Hair is overrated. Get a Wahl clipper. Keep it cut real short. Grow a beard if you’re able. Never pay a barber again.

I have one small bald spot in the back. I could easily hide it. But, I really don't give a f*ck. If you are looking at me head on, you wouldn't even know it was there. And, I'm not paying for plugs or any other method just to hide that small spot.

Currently in the process.

I'm going to shave it.

Already tried the pills but I'd prefer my dick working more than hair so I'm done with those
