About a year ago. I was cruising some porn sites and saw an ad with rob jeremey telling me I can do his simple exercises and add 4 inches to my dong. I was skeptical but had a few in drinks in me so I ordered it and tried it. Now I can hardly recognize myself. I'm an ot health 10" and wreck shite. Oh and always touch the back of the headboard with my dick a few times during foreplay

When I stopped "just" exercising but started exercising with a specific plan for a specific result then started achieving those results.

I didn't realize it until I stopped working out. I play a ton of tennis. Minute differences in your swing can really affect your game. After a few months of not hitting the gym regularly I started noticing that my body was not doing exactly what I wanted it to do. I've started getting back to the gym and it made an instant difference.

Also when I discovered squats. Like other poster said, lower body ftw

I can't explain that any better than you just did. But I totally get it. After 10 straight years of football from 7 yrs on, then 13 years of rugby(most very competitive), I look at people who get their rocks off busting arse at Crossfit type shite and I'm like nah-uh. frickkk that noise these days. I like moderate exercise now.

I surf now to stay in shape. I am 42 and can hold my own. Only thing I notice now is it takes alot longer to recover after a couple hours of surfing

With how sloppy the waves are in J-Ville, I´m not surprised.

After I finished college and went to work, then gained 30 lbs thanks to Pizza Hut and the KFC buffet. Then I went back to the gym.

That's not really a sudden realization thing. Unless you were playing some random pick up game and just dunked and had not intention of doing it, nor ever having tried to. Dunking is something you try over and over until you do it.

I've worked out my whole life but I've only recently noticed the better benefits of it. Really started noticing at 35 or just being around groups of people mid 30s - mid 40s and how fat and/or out of shape people are at that age while I am still very active and don't feel any different from when I was in my 20s.

It makes more of a difference as you get older.

In HS and college it helps, but as someone who has competed against elite athletes, it also helps those guys and girls MORE. It probably helped me to be better than most, but the elites who didn't work hard were still better than me and the those who did were on another level.

In short, the elite athletes were generally elite whether they trained hard or not.

HOWEVER, now in my 30s, working out/staying active is a huge advantage and becomes more noticeable each passing year.

When I held that bong hit in for 10.09.55 minutes. Personal best for me and a world's record for all I know. That's when I knew that hitting the bong was like hitting the weight room--the more you do it, the stronger you get.

I had never actually tried it. I was back slapping the backboard in 8th grade but I never figured I could dunk until I tried it. First I realized I could grab the rim (double rims), then I thought "let's try a dunk"

Then I dunked it. It was surreal. Better than losing my Virginity
