Just like grass fed beef is better than regular beef.

Raw milk is so good that it blows all other milk out of the water. Thick, creamy, full of flavor.....the first time I tried it, I felt as if I had been ripped off my whole life buying some watered down flavorless, garbage passed off as milk.

The organic stuff may be steroid/antibiotic/etc free, but it's pasteurized at a higher temperature, killing the good bacteria along with the bad. The reason it lasts so long is because there is really not much in it alive to spoil.

I would never say it is better, it is different. But really grass fed, to me makes a good steak. It has enough fat for ribeye, strip and tenderloin and sirloin. Beyond that grain fed, which has more fat, to me is better for say brisket, chuck, ground etc...the lesser cuts.

But I will never pass on a grass fed, grain finished American Black Angus 2" thick ribeye medium rare with a bit of salt and pepper.

I'd pay good money to have a gallon of real milk delivered a week
