Yet if it were a Muslim who was demanding to sit in on studying the Koran y'all would celebrate it for some odd reason.

Pretty sure even a private employer cannot force employees to participate in certain religious activities.
If it's religious and not part of the job description or relevant to the job, the employee is going to win this case all day.

Would you feel the same way if it were Koran study?
As long as it wasn't watching Bama season highlights I'd be down for anything

Of course you would be. Probably not as pissed as I’d be if I had to attend some tranny acceptance bullshite seminar that you people think is normal.

Would you feel the same way if it were Koran study?
Would you hire into a job if you knew this was a requirement?

So what specifically would prevent an employer from deciding to start incorporating bible study into the work day?
Nothing. But when you fire somebody for declining to participate in said religious activity, that’s when you have a legal problem.

If it's a private business and part of their workday, then I don't see the issue, just like any other company policy.

Getting fired is the least of his problems. Wait until he gets to hell.

I would never work at a public school

They wouldn't have to fire me. If I was working for a construction company and they told me I had to attend bible study, I would tell them to kick rocks.

But if a Christian refused to go to diversity training about loving the ghey?

So a convicted felon is now suing his former employer (who focuses on giving criminals a second chance), because he didn't like a paid activity?
Totally employable individual right there. Seems like a guy who's still making excellent choices.

Oh I didn't see that it was a paid activity. If it would at my normal pay rate and it would get me OT.. Then amen! I'll go.
