Some of the people in this thread are idiots. This guy is going to win this lawsuit and probably make some bank too. The owner is about to have the EEOC all up his arse too.

If he took the job knowing this is a requirement the employer should be able to fire him. If this is a new requirement of the job it may very well be discrimination.
