Homeboy dressed out for that bowl game. Eyeblack and everything. Warmed up on the sideline with a helmet on before kickoff. Then went and sat on the bench while we went out there to get our asses kicked.

I completely understand why he sat, but that was some cringy shite.

Those who didn’t think this would happen were just the ones who didn’t want this to happen.

I think Pete Golding is from Hammond...
I voted for the man but every time he opens his mouth he gets more retarded.

The last couple of days we have learned the following about Jeff Landry:

-He thinks Woody signed Jimbo to the extension that doubled his buyout. He did not

-He thinks Jimbo and Kelly have the same agent. They don’t

-He thinks taxpayers pay buyouts. They don’t.

-He thinks the BCS is still a thing

He doesn’t know what the frick he is talking about, yet he is responsible for running off a president, football coach, and AD in a couple months.

Now he seems to be on some sort of media victory tour.

The man is an idiot and the country is laughing at us.
Bookmarking for when we overpay for James Franklin
LSU fans have never liked any AD we have ever had.

3 things can happen to a football coach

1) Take another job
2) Retire on their own terms
3) Get fired

Guess which one happens the most.

Whoever replaces Woody will not have his ability to attract coaches. Take that to the bank.

Landry is a retard but worse than that is all the motherfrickers on this site cheering him on.

This is not what happened, and Schnall admitted this in his presser.

The warning was issued, Schnall came came out of the dugout (which you are not supposed to do after a warning) and asked "For what?". He was informed the warning was for arguing balls and strikes and was instructed to go back to the dugout. Instead of going back, he responded "Thats because you missed three calls". He was asked to go back to the dugout again and he repeated the line "Thats because you missed three calls". Then he got run.

Watch the presser. Schnall's whole reason for his reaction was "I am 48 and no grown man is going to shoo me away". This is fricking stupid.

If there is one thing I have learned from Jay is in the Travel Ball Meathead era of college baseball, overly emotional teams and coaches get beat by the cool, calm and collected when it matters most. Sure, it is great for regular season games but when the pressure is on, they melt. I knew we were winning #8 when Schnall got tossed.

While I love the thought of this, they did beat us in the first ever super regionals two years later. Jim Wells put some good teams together.
The SWAC/MEAC Sloppy Football Update on Condon's Corner was f'n hilarious.

It aint even close. Honestly ask yourself, who do you want to have the ball with 10 seconds left with a chance to win a title?

I find it funny you picked a clip of Jordan wearing 45. That means he was a couple of months into playing basketball again after 2 years out of the game.
Compared to some of the slapdicks we have hired to coach basketball at LSU... He might as well be John Wooden.
Kramer?

Half of this board would turn that dust to mud
Amazing [thing] about Pete is … 44 points per game, in his career, for three straight years in an era with no 3-point line. Dale Brown, who coached LSU after Press and Pete were there, went back and charted all the games with the running score – Maravich free-throw, Maravich 22-foot jumper, Maravich lay-up – and he calculated that with the current college 3-point line rule at 19’9” Pete Maravich would have averaged 13 3-point makes per game, which would have given him a career average of 57.0 points per game under today’s rules! That guy was UN-BE-LIEVABLE! We love him, we miss him terribly, what a great man, what a great human being.”
