What is wrong with our judicial system?
It's sad. I know from personal experience they don't want to do anything about theft either. The problem isn't the cops. It's the fricking DA who is too lazy to prosecute or the bleeding heart judge that turns people loose.

Okay. I think prison time should be mandatory on your 3rd DWI conviction. One time, I get it. Two times, you should have learned the first time, but maybe another round of fees out the arse and hours of classes will get it in your head. Three times, you’re a careless dumbass.

I'd support the death penalty for 3rd offense

Perhaps the Court should sentence him to drive a moped for everyone's sake.

Here is an example of a DWI given that I am privy to.
Offshore Baw gets pulled over after dropping his friend at the heliport to go offshore. Friend leaves some psych meds in the truck. The cop arrest Baw for a felony for possession of narcotics and for DWI. The DA agrees if he takes the DWI conviction he will drop the felony. Baw accepts a DWI to get the shite over with.

There was once an eastern European country (Albania?) where a first offence DWI was punishable by death.

I mean, after 8 convictions for DUI... still walking around free? This dude is a fricking legend.
He walks between the raindrops... he’s a monkey dancing on a razor blade.
It’s sound crazy to say, but well done, sir... #slowclap

I'm not certain of Louisiana's DUI statute and look back period, but he could have these 8 DUI's over several decades and keeps the just far enough apart to avoid jail time.
Further, you think his dumbass would know by now not to do the field sobriety test anytime...

Also cut his legs at the knee because I know I could drive a car with stumpy arms but not with stumpy legs too.

What was original reason or evidence for the DWI charge? Just the possession of or did he fail breathalyzer or blood test or whatever?
I can't decide if BAW got railroaded into taking an unprovable DWI, or if he just got what he deserved.
Also what prescription psych meds are considered felony possession (assuming they were in prescription bottle in friend's name)? Seems like if in valid bottle they should have been concerned with getting them to friend, so he doesn't freak out offshore versus holding them to charge BAW with a felony. If add meds or some kind of tranquilizer pills in plastic bag then never mind.

This doesn't sound believable at all

"Baw" ate a couple of those pills and drove. "He's" trash.

When a man has been arrested this many times and he’s still out, the judges need to be arrested.
