The Shreveport Police Department has concluded Operation Curveball, a strategic initiative aimed at combating prostitution and eliminating the demand that fuels human trafficking.
As part of the operation’s final phase, SPD Vice agents conducted an undercover operation that resulted in the arrest of four individuals on charges related to prostitution. These charges include prostitution, prostitution by massage, and sexual conduct in a massage parlor.
Arrested were:
1. Zhao, Aiying
2. Xia, Xiaolan
3. Wang, Shayang
4. Li, Yan

If there was one thing plaguing Shreveport, it was all the rub and tugs..

Even if they get deported they’re just going to be in the same line of work in China.

Always strange that the only arrests ever made are the women and the Asian owners....its never the men who are also guilty of breaking the law....
They are always investigating human trafficking but almost never charge anyone and even rarer still do they manage to convict someone of trafficking in massage parlor busts...the reason is simple, they aren't in the business of trafficking, they are in the prostitution business and there is no reason to traffic, the chance to get to the US is more than enough incentive to have women and girls line up around the corner. Once they get here economic reality keeps them in line and in place....no one has to hold them hostage, they have no where to go and no way to go....if anything immigration and the threat of deportation keeps them in the rub and tug, not the rub and tug manager who is never charged and even rarer convicted of trafficking
What's really going on is a good old fashioned shakedown. The bribes are not rising and the current crop of prostitutes and madams has to be taught a lesson. If you have a massage parlor in your town that stays open from 6 AM to midnight or later you have a brothel in your town and the cops allow it to operate because they are being bribed.....it really is that simple.

How, in a supposedly free country, it is against the law for a woman to jerk a man off for a price is a mystery.....or have sex with a man for money. It being illegal does not slow it down, it is everywhere, from tiny small towns that are mostly an exit on the interstate to metropolitan and downtown areas....folks are fricking for money. Second oldest profession on earth, the oldest being begging....someone had to ask first.....

In terms of Chinese massage parlor prostitutes, that's a strong crop of 9s and 10s

This line up is at least all in the ballpark. None of them look like meth heads scrounging for spare change in the WalMart parking lot.
