Does not compute. How do you think those families with more money get that money? Aint no one gave it to them thats for sure. They worked hard for it and their "free time" is called overtime, which is where many parents spent a good deal of their time, At fricking work. Now lets look at those other parents, who really do have lots of free time and see where they spent it.
