Even the military CBTs didn't do that? What do you do?

They don't want you checking TD between each question.

Awful, it takes me like 3 days to get through a 1 hour training because I mute them and forget to click to the next screen

I want to run 3 of them at the same time and play on my phone, but no, some a-hole decided I've got to click on little buttons and shite
Whoever decided to design these, I hope their spatula is turned upwards in the drawer

Man I remember taking this training module one time & there were like 40 questions at the end. Well you had unlimited tries, but if you missed ONE question you had to go through ALL the other questions before you could come back to it.
If you tried to go quickly & missed any of the other questions (that you've already answered correctly) the 2nd time through, you had to repeat the process AGAIN for anything missed that round, and so on and so forth.

Pro Tip: It's always the white guy's fault.

yep I take them at home. Browse TD on my desktop, and click next on my laptop until it's over. Some of the ones we take, you can fast forward the video til the end on every module. Then just take the test.

For and with corporations, dumbass. Are you under the impression that there are no corporate insurance brokerages?

You don’t work a corporate job. You work at home for commission

You have no fricking clue what you're talking about. But keep being retarded.

You work from home or out in the field trying to sell. You don’t have a “corporate life” where you sit in a cubicle all day in front of a screen.
Unless you are still in inside sales making $30k a year

Like online continuing education courses.
They used to use random “Click to show you’re here” prompts, which were annoying already.
Now they open in their own browser and are designed to pause if you do anything else on your computer, which is a whole new level of annoying.

I hate the ones that pause as soon as you shift to another tab or screen.

Dear companies that do CBTs for training, WE DONT FKN LEARN ANYTHING FROM THEM, WE CLICK THROUGH THEM, YOU WASTE OUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!

We had one that was ~30 minute video you couldn’t skip, but you could leave the page without it pausing.
What we didn’t realize was there was a confirmation screen at the end of the video that you had about 10 seconds to click before the video restarted. Our whole department outed themselves by complaining the video was too long, because no one was actually watching it and “it was still going 3 hours later”.
Whoops…
