Saving this for a later thread but talked to a LEO from St. Louis last weekend and asked him what he had heard about Alton Sterling. Curious as to how the facts got out nationally. After discussing that, he shared that it is common knowledge in their area that Michael Brown killed someone as a juvenile. Media has been trying to get a copy of the juvenile record and DOJ is blocking the request because they don't want the facts getting released.

Damn. I used to live at Trade and 7th. The Omni was like four or five blocks down.
Downtown Charlotte is really nice. I am stunned by this whole thing. I don't ever remember any racial tension when I was there.

It's more about what he hasn't done. He hasn't done anything to truly come out and address this. It's never firm.
