The problem with any Olympic sport is that Americans as a whole have lost their way through the dilution of what it means to be American. Then America gets all hot and bothered with the fact that we aren’t the best in something. But the Super Bowl???!? Woohoo.

I don't watch any sports outside of LSU or locally McNeese now and then.
I might watch Skenes pitch or other LSU players in a few pro games here and there but sports in general don't excite me as I get older.
I am not alone and I think this has a lot to do with people not caring about the Olympics more so than anything.
