Car accidents are down by 50% because of less drivers on the road.

Allstate is giving up to a 15% credit, or refund, on insurance policies... and hoping other insurance companies are jumping on board.

Are you sure? I just paid mine at the beginning of the week and it was the same as it always is.

Do I have to request it or something?

Eta I just saw it said some are doing refunds as well. I better see mine because it pisses me off everytime I see any kind of insurance payment taken out of my account.

How about they do 100%

I haven't driven my car except to start it a couple of times and go up and down the driveway to run it since March 13th.

We've only been using one vehicle because no one has to go anywhere.

Your car has still been covered this entire time correct? Including comp? Why would it be 100%?

Because they're a business, with employees that need to be paid and clients who have accidents that need to be paid for. They're not a charity

People on this website probably think insurance is a scam but they don't understand the first thing about it except that it's required and it is a bill every month

We’re going to have egg in our face as a nation when we end up saving more lives than the virus takes.

It’s like saying I haven’t used my health insurance all year so refund me the premium.

Then shouldn’t you be using zero vehicles?
