I hate the whole "She's just a kid" defense from people. She's 14 and threw a piss balloon. Seems like a good life lesson to learn. Throw a piss balloon and someone might just beat your arse.

Anyone who fills a water balloon with piss and then throws it on another human being doesn't need their arse kicked. There is no lesson that this piece of human garbage can learn.
They should be shot in the face and then have their bodies burned and anyone who comes to their defense should have the same thing done to them.
