A group of "youths" throw water bombs filled with urine on some carnies. Well, the carnies do not like it that much and decided to throw hands. Seems to these "youths" found out.

I've yet to figure out how the piss gets into the water balloon...can someone explain the process?

Pretty easy actually. Piss in a bucket, then transfer it to a coke bottle, but balloon on top of coke bottle, turn coke bottle upside down. Profit.

Probably the same way you get water in it. Put it on the end of your little hose pipe and let it rip.
