I have a pregnancy pillow that I sleep with every night. It's c shaped. Bought it because of my back. It has helped my back pain tremendously.

I'm not pregnant. Looking more and more like that won't ever happen either.

I know a couple that couldn't get pregnant; and found out that a chronic yeast infection was never really going away The husband was passing it back to the wife repeatedly and they never knew it. She used monistat he used lotrimin external cream- and wa la-baby. I also knew a couple that couldn't get pregnant because she ran to bathe right afterwards. Go to a infertility appointment.

I use one. I've had back surgery(minor) years ago and it helps my lower back from getting sore/stiff at night. I cuddle that fricker almost every night sleeping just like in that pic. Can turn over with it and all. No shame. It's definitely worth having for my back.

I have a regular body pillow now but I have slept with one of those before. Like a body pillow, they help with back pain tremendously. They just take up too much room.

I am glad. I didn't mean my advice as snarky in any way. I was trying to point out that sometimes even the most prudent of us; don't realize it could be a simple solution.

Helps keep spine and hips in neutral position. Some may notice fewer aches and pains by sleeping with a full body pillow. I forgot to mention shoulder girdle also. Can make a big difference in your life.
