Usually across. Will sometimes do a catacorner if we get placed it a larger 4 person table but it's just the two if us.

Depends on the date. If we are at a restaurant booth or table then across. If we are at happy hour, next to each other as we sit at the bar.

We always request a 4 seater and do this. It’s the only way to fit all our food on the table and within reach.

Only time we ever sit next to each other is if we are splitting a large meal like the 42 once cowboy ribeye at a place we go to every now and then.

Sometimes if its a booth I’ll sit next to her because I like to hug.
