Probably true. A family member of mine was a NOPD officer in the 70s and they said they lost the record of his employment in Katrina.

Multiple DWI offenders are required to get Ignition interlock as a condition of bond. I challenge MADD to go to arraignments and find out how many Judges actually check to see how many second time offenders have actually installed Ignition interlock as required by law.

I never had a camera, but I took mine out after Katrina. My buddy's bro didn't have a camera on his just last year
