What video is this referring to? I know we've seen the photos of him with the "69" on his forehead and the hitler mustache, but I don't remember a video.
God forbid any photos came out of me in college at drunk parties where sharpies made an appearance.
We used to draw some offensive shite on each other.
This kid obviously sucks, but I think this situation has people reading way too far into stuff that would normally be considered just drunk college shenanigans.

Here are a couple: LINK
ETA: Thought the video wasn't in here but it was just separate from the other two videos.. There are three videos of him in the new segment linked.

It's weird to see videos of him pre-murder. I don't know why, but it is.

we live in different times today... I feel you and god forbid if I had pics linked of the stupid shite I did and I committed a crime. I would be doomed in the public eye with the shite I did all in my 20s

Anyone know what the time frame we are looking at between now, arraignment, then trial?
Posted on 7/26/19 at 11:07 am to RebelRye
Nobody really knows much of anything right now and the longer it passes without more official information being released the weirder it seems but they may need to hold stuff fairly close to the vest to keep the eventual defense from knowing what exactly they have
As for the trial, I imagine it will be quite awhile. At least 6 months prolly a year

Brandon Theesfeld, 22, of Fort Worth, Texas, is being represented by Tony Farese and his cousin and partner in law, Steve Farese, Sr. The duo was retained as co-counsel yesterday by Theesfeld’s father, Tony Farese said. They plan to enter a plea of not guilty.
Theesfeld was already being represented by Oxford attorney Swayze Alford. Lafayette County District Attorney Ben Creekmore told the Clarion Ledger on Thursday that he expects the case to go to a grand jury at the end of August. The Clarion Ledger reported that Theesfeld has had an initial court appearance.
Tony Farese said they are in the preliminary stages of their investigation at this point and time.
“There’s no bond hearing scheduled at this time. We had an agreement with the district attorney’s office that this will be postponed until we have had a chance to investigate this matter,” Farese said.

“Officials at the Lafayette County Courthouse told the EAGLE on Friday morning the case file has since been sealed. The Associated Press reported Theesfeld’s case will be heard by a grand jury. The final grand jury meeting in Lafayette County this year will take place Aug. 27 through 30, but it is not known if this case will be presented during that period.”

That is why the lack of PC is somewhat concerning to me

I was an adult before smart phones and social media existed. There's practically zero evidence (other than eye witnesses ) of all of the dumb shite I did.

Unfortunately, yes. We’ve discussed TD IRL several times over the years, however, I believe you are drunk every time I see you!
