I can’t get over the” 8 “shots . WTF stands over a corpse and keeps blasting away.....

Didn't someone say earlier that the police scanner said they were doing CPR on her? So was she alive when they found her...after being shot 8 times and dumped several hours before? My prayers to the family, I can't imagine opening the door to the police giving you that news

If all the evidence we’re hearing about is real, there are two possibilities unless he kills himself:

- life without parole
- death penalty

In my non-expert opinion

Like Louisiana, but they're more expensive here.

I don't think that's correct. I believe the median OT baller income is $350,000. $600k is OT 10%er

Depends on whether the state charges him with first degree (He picked her up planning to kill her) or second degree (He panicked after beating her and killed her).

I think at a minimum he's looking at life. If the evidence is as damning as it seems, no way a reputable attorney would let him face the death penalty. He'll be cell mates with Luke Woodham at Parchman Farm. Its not too far from Oxford, at least.

He put 8 shots into her. I dont think it would be too difficult to argue premeditation

This cannot be correct. We have been thinking he killed her shortly after midnight. They were seen together the next morning at the convenience store. The convenience store is open from 5 am to 9 pm.

If she was still alive to receive CPR, he had to pass the deputy on the way out. He shot her 8 times with a 9mm. She would not have lived long. He must have shot her right around 10 am at the earliest, if the reports are true.

I agree. But I suspect they will try to plead down to second and life in prison. If it were my daughter, I would probably want to avoid a lengthy trial and accept that.

question is, where was she shot? if she was still alive, sounds like more than one of them didn't hit anything vital...

I’ll give you a hint,

Years ago when you were pulled over for “street racing” your Cherokee against a Mustang on Bluebonnet Ext, I was in the back seat with a case of Natty Lights clutched between my legs. AK in the front seat LOL

Does it sell gas? Because a lot of gas stations sell gas even though they are closed.

ETA: Or redbox

If you have a Broadcastify archives subscription, you can listen to the LCSO's dispatch and the deputies discussions when they found her @ 0920 on Sat. The deputy thought it was a passed out person from afar Then they briefly attempted CPR while awaiting an ambulance.

If he wasn't planning on killing her, I wonder what in the world they were doing out that way? I guess they could have just been driving around aimlessly while talking about their options, but just the fact that he drove her out there looks to me like he planned to kill her, or it at least had crossed his mind as an option

Also..i listened to the police scanner and it sounds like the deputies were performing CPR on her then a minute later said she was 10-7. I wonder if she survived the shooting and was simply dumped. To me, it seems they would not do CPR on an obviously deceased person.

I knew I had read it before somewhere in the 50+ pages. I was more curious if anyone had any more info on that b/c you're right that really messes with the timeline of things if they did indeed perform CPR
