They will probably be kicked out of school and possibly charged with some crime felony or state for shooting the sign. They fricked up the college portion of their life this won't ruin anyone.

You don't think that them shooting that sign, and then posing with it like it is some kind of trophy that they shot, and then posting it on social media are things that a university might not want to be associated with, at all?
There might be no other crime other than vandalism, but if you are upset about bad things happening to such willfully dumb fricking people, then have at it. Seems like a stupid thing to care about.
