I’m pretty certain you weren’t remotely concerned if it was your fraternity that did this. My first thought was “No way this happened in the Big 4, and even the bottom ones... why would they do this? SAEs would just frick their pledges up with alcohol and drugs wanting them to have a good time during pledgeship. Maybe Deke?? Oh they’re kicked off campus, got to be the Pikes that did this.”

I've heard that's generally the case nowadays but you never know if there's still legitimate professional connections.

I'm not saying this didn't happen, but no where in the report does it say make someone drink bleach.
That's what I'm not getting and why it's titled that way.
And when I search the guy that was arrested, I get hits of sex offenders in other areas and the only result that comes up for his arrest in ms is the site linked in the OP.

Yeah, they aren’t. One is clearly more cruel and horrific, but who would think to bring bleach into a hazing session. Both dumb, but Pike needs to be permanently banned for Ole Miss even if showering the guys with bleach is true, nevertheless drinking it. Bar none worst fraternity on campus and the most cruel.

I’ll put it this way: if the Pikes weren’t the subject here, no one who went to Ole Miss would believe the story. Only the Dekes were remotely as stupid as they were, and they’ve been kicked off campus last I checked. The Pikes have been a uniquely vile chapter on campus that really all the other fraternities openly despise. Almost no one from the Big 4 would be caught dead partying in their house.
EDIT: Granted I’m probably dealing with a dated term “Big 4” but my point stands. If Sigma Chi, Sigma Nu, Phi Delt, or KA was accused of this a lot of Ole Miss guys would be screaming bullshite.
