I found an unopened tin of Altoids that expired like 10 years ago and I thought how could a mint go bad?

Back in the 90’s I ate some c rations dating back to the Korean War. I only took a couple of bites. The stuff was rancid.

Not too long ago I chewed some gum from a pack of 1987 Topps.

She was 11 years older than me when I was 24.

But one time I used cough spray in the late 90s that had expired in 1987.

Had some decades old cheese that was fantastic.

I assume this doesn't count wine, because I've had some old arse wine.

I'm sure someone in here has had 50 year old honey. It never goes bad.

A couple of years ago, a friend of mine went out of town for the week with his wife, and they asked if I could housesit. They are your typical hoarders, they never throw anything away, the refrigerator is gross. So within hours of being there, I saw a box of Domino’s Pizza. I heated it up and ate everything. They called, and asked what I ate for lunch that day, and I said the Domino’s that you guys had left over. They said, that’s been in there for over a week. An hour later, I could feel that scratchy feeling in my throat start up. I was sick for the whole week I was there

probably some old honey. To my knowledge it's the only food known to man that doesn't "go bad"

To clarify- Honey definitely does not go bad- you could eat 1,000 year old honey. I'm just not sure if there is another food substance like that

Correct.

They found honey that was perfectly fine to eat in Egyptian pyramids apparently.

"over a week"

It had probably been in there for several months
