There’s some dude on YouTube that eats WWII C rations and shite. It’s actually pretty interesting.

Drank a bottle of Louis XIII cognac one night. Some of the blends are over 100 years old.

Was at a friend’s house a couple years ago and he asked if I wanted some duck gumbo. I said yeah I’ll have a bowl and fixed one. After eating several bites he asked me if it was good. I said it was great and he told me the ducks were 10 years old. He found a couple ziplock bags of ducks in the bottom of one of his freezers that was dated 10 years prior. He thawed them and said they smelled fine so he made a gumbo. It was delicious. They were frozen in water.

My brother called me one day years ago and said he found an elk roast in the bottom of his freezer that I had given him. It was 7 years old. I had wrapped it in pallet wrap and it’s basically vacuum sealed. He thawed it and said it appeared fine so he cooked it. Said it was delicious.

Where as that was the inevitable answer, I did find an old "Chocolate Chip" tab in about 2008 leftover from the wave of the early 90's and it was awesome still.

I'm sure someone in here has had 50 year old honey. It never goes bad.

I have had some far older than that.

Can of Wolf brand chili at our camp in the late 90's. We got drunk as shite and starving. We were 18ish.....the can was rusted. Not sure how old it was, but the water and other ingredients had separated. It tasted so good though!

1902 Bass King's Ale.
Actually not too bad. Flat with a bunch of dead flotsam on the bottom and a lead wrap.
