Individual call. I graduated at 35 and again at 38. Walked both. It was a closure both times. But that’s me. Everybody is different.

I did not.

FT employee and part time student for too long, just wanted it done with.
Been 20 years and no regrets :)

I did at 45 and after it was done, was glad I did. Great chance to network while you sit there and suffer with everyone else

I finished my last class in the summer. There was no fall graduation ceremony at that time. The next one was in May of the next year. I did not return to walk.

Do I regret it? Yes. I wish I had that experience, but I never think about it.

Walk. Its in Coleman Coliseum in the AC and the ceremony is not bad. They don't drag it out with a bunch of bad speeches.

I was in the tornado class and couldnt walk.

Just do it and then go to a nice lunch.

The only reason I went to the ceremony is because my family made a big deal about it.

This is the reason I didn’t walk for my bachelors or masters, but this...

it would be cool for my 17 year old to see me graduate.

Is a good reason for you to do it. For me, I’m just not into ceremonial stuff, but if my kids were old enough to understand what was going on, I probably would have walked.

I was 26 when I finished. Originally I did not want to walk because I was “too old.” But, I owed it to myself to walk for finishing. So, I walked.

The ceremony is for those that love, and have supported you through the process.

No. Grad LSU in May '88 at 22 years old. My parents attended my RA commissioning ceremony and pinning of my butter bars at the ROTC building, then we went out to lunch.

Did not go to the PMAC for the walk, nor did I care to.

I graduated with a 2nd degree at 45. I didn’t walk; I was working that day.

I flew all the way to Salt Lake to walk for my online degree. Go do it and enjoy the moment man.

I was 51 when I graduated, I walked and my mom was there to see me do it. Proudest moment of my life.
