I know you meant to say, "Nothing any race has done has been effective AT FIXING BLACK COMMUNITIES." I agree. But I argue it's fricking retarded to suggest that ANY race has more of a role in the success of another...not now. Not in 2017.
Self-ownership of issues from the black community, by and large, would be an immense first step. Own the fact that black fathers can't be bothered to raise children and black women allow it to happen. Own the FACT that these choices are DOOMING generations of children to be drains on society.

You missed my point. I was stating that neither has what white people are doing to deter black crime been effective . Black people do not own the black community. Are white people doing anything that's been effective for the meth and heroin epidemic? No. I am not blaming. I am saying that is extremely hard to do. For any large scale change it's going to take a joint effort from all races.

And you stopped reading, since I addressed that, too. It is not ANY OTHER RACE'S JOB to fix black communities. It's THEIR job. Other races can try to help (imagine that - considering we don't see a lot of help the other way around...in fact, if anything, white communities get the fallout from the shitty environments created in black communities), but that's charity. It's not a responsibility like what SHOULD be incumbent on the fricking community that is so grossly disproportionate when it comes to crime.
