4th person confirmed dead.
I was about 100 yards away. Crazy day.
Hundreds of children all over the place. Couldn't have happened at a worse time and place.

She was taken in for DUI so it's safe to assume she was under the influence of something at this point

Obviously there's a huge difference between safely driving home after a couple cocktails and driving drunk through a parade and killing/maiming innocents.

My condos are next to a bar and I always walk. My semi-disabled neighbors go there and drive. Should they get a ticket just because it's a little over their comfortable walking distance?

"Drunk" is relative. I'm sure they've made the 500 yd drive legally drunk, but I trust their judgement because legally drunk is still pretty sober.
