Im guessing one of these pilots are involved in the disappearance.

Could the plane have been gliding after losing power?
I don't think planes that big can glide far if at all.
This....and why would they glide over land and go back out to sea? Seems they would have stayed near a coast.

This is the theory I am leaning towards.

Does anyone else find it amazing that we have hundreds of satellites in space that can watch cars in Iran (or shite like that) but the only tracking we have on planes is ground equipment that goes out of range?
I don't know the answer, but it would seem that immediately when a radar "lost" a pane there would be a satellite immediately tracking the plane somehow instead of watching Iranians frick sheep.

Wouldn't people have called with their cell phones to contacts if they were drifting for hours off course? Maybe they were all incapacitated somehow?

It was late at night, most were probably sleeping. That also means it was dark, so how would they know they were off course.
Why does common sense go out the window in these situations?

The fact that there was no distress is a red flag. How would a hijacking not alert the pilots and would probably take someone very familiar with the aircraft to tamper with it's black box.

That's why I like the flights that let you watch the flight tracker thingy on the screens.

What's the story on the copilot? I think I read where he is 32 maybe? Maybe his background reveals a motive. The PIC was in his 50's with 30 years experience.

From 35,000', a 777 can glide 100-120 miles.

pilot had to be in on this.. nothing else is making sense

I think the most likely scenario is one of the pilots was suicidal and just flew the plane straight down into the ocean.

Why would you think this? Do the laws of physics justs top working after an engine shuts down?

My money is on the 27 yo co-pilot

Exactly. They don't just fall out of the sky.

Ok this pisses me off....how in the hell can you watch the largest search effort in history deploying hundreds when you know the plane went in another direction?
Seriously Malaysia
Seriously Malaysia

possibly, but wouldn't you have some debris from that?
