My dog weighs 90# and could and would take your arm off if you came in my home uninvited but when it comes to fireworks, he is like a 2 month old poodle. Wish I had fired guns around him as a puppy.

I sure am glad I don’t have dogs inside the clean place where people live.

My little dogs have both been drugged up but the 11 year old chihuahua who didn’t used to be afraid of anything has suddenly developed a fireworks phobia.

Our dog, a basset hound doesn’t give a shite about fireworks but then again he doesn’t give a shite about a lot of things. He will sleep right through it.

Ok I tried all three but I'm still worried about him, what now?

My 70 pound dog is so afraid of fireworks, I got something from the vet to sedate him. He’s out like a light.
My little shih-Tzu couldn’t give a shih. Go figure.

The 2 German Shepherds across the street are going apeshit. My cocker spaniel doesn’t seem too concerned tho, lol.

mines about 80 lbs and real friendly. He's not much of a guard dog but in my neighborhood on July4 there's usually medium sized to large fireworks going up from different parts of the neighborhood. It's funny to watch him chase them around in the sky. I've seem him twirl in circles with the pop and scan his head around and run around the yard to see the next one

My 12 yo lab/Akita mix is doped up. He quit giving a fukk when the drugs kicked in. I had a Boston butt on the counter and left for an hour. All that remains is a wet spit on the floor.

Our Australian Shepherd would run into the half bath and shut the door behind her at the first sound of thunder or fireworks. She'd try to herd you in there too, but you had one chance, then you were on your own. She was fearless otherwise, but loud noises above her were her krytonite. Maybe that's part of herding, to get the herd to safety during a storm. I don't know, but the 4th and New Years were the worst days of the year for her. Seeing how unnerved she got took away my desire to set anything off.
