Really, I have a very light complexion. One that we blacks call "yella" or "red," but that's besides the point. I identify as black because that is what the world has labeled me as concerning race. I'm not white. Also as moderate and even conservative leaning as I am, I will be treated differently in a lot of situations than a "white boy." If I have to list race on something and African American is my only option, I say other. If it's black/African American, I select that.

My best friend in elementary school actually had his mom come to the school because of a misunderstanding about race. It was never taught to us by our parents as kids and a teacher somehow mentioned that he was black(long time ago, different generation than us with kids now). Well he, knowing his colors said that he was tan and confusion in his mind ensued

But they aren't protesting facts. There is a false narrative. And it has led to the murdering of cops.

That's the issue. We get it, there are shitty cops like every profession out there. But more whites are killed by cops and more blacks are killed by blacks.

So you get tired of, all cops are racists and out to get black men.

Maybe they need to stop responding to disturbances in dangerous neighborhoods until things get better?

If Blue Lives do not matter and the consensus is Frick The Cops, then maybe they should sit back and wait this whole thing out.

Dammit. How many times are they going to have to walk into ambushes until they say enough is enough? Sorry that your neighbor shot you but there needs to be more support than conflict at this point for me.

Survival of the the fittest does not necessarily equal Natural Selection. Natural Selection is really about the most likely to reproduce, not who is the strongest or smartest. There's really no reason for peacocks' flamboyant feathers except for the fact that females like the males with the biggest flashiest feathers.

It has been argued that humans have currently thrown a monkey wrench in the whole Survival of the Fittest thing with social welfare programs allowing the least fittest to reproduce more, but there's a catch. Natural Selection is still at work through all levels of demographics, and that's where future generations are going in as global society.

For some reason most guys/girls prefer a tanned "white girl/guy" or light skinned "black girl/guy" or a catch all like "latina" or maybe "indian." Eventually all of our kids will look VERY similar and the complexion will be in the ball park of a well tanned white person or a light skinned black person.

This is why I hate the internet sometimes. It gives power to the "offended" groupthink.

Dislike Ghostbusters = sexist
Side with a cop = racist
Disagree with Hillary = sexist
Think we should protect the borders = racist

And it works. Anyone who has a view thats "against" these offended people has to start every conversation with a disclaimer. And even then, they get shite on.
