KC was able to gentrify parts of downtown, which has made their downtown a place to go, besides the sports scene.
STL is going to get there soon, a shite load of development going in, North of City.
Which is why the Burbs in St.Louis, from Westco to SoCo are nice. We all live in the burbs.
