Pretty much this or Orvis for me. I like the Orvis ones a little better, but they are also twice as expensive.

Lulu ABCs. Quality has gotten worse the last couple years but they are still the best.

Rhone makes the best "lightweight" and "dry-fit" like material khakis.

Au contrere , my friend.. office khakis are a whole lifestyle.. it’s a sit in ur cubicle or office w/fluorescent lighting, let your belly go til it’s over your belt, exist in a sexless marriage with your dumpy wife (or worse, get cucked by said dumpy wife), take up golfing and self-medicate with too much beer while wondering why your own kids hate you lifestyle… All one can hope for in that scenario is that it all ends mercifully and quickly before you get too much older and fatter .

I like the stretchy tactical and hiking pants. They are more along the lines of super thin and comfy Levi’s. I do t wear khakis in really anything other than color.
My favorite are the under armor defender, storm, guardian. North face has some Kuhl and pretty much most fishing brands have subs good ones.

My only requirement is they need to be super light weight, kinda stretchy in the right areas, and no cargo pockets. I can wear them fishing, hiking to a nice dinner the bar to church with a nice button up. I have pretty much gotten rid of all my pants that I own so hat are not super breathable and light weight.

Also under armor had a pretty breezy golf stile looking slacks that I have a few pairs of
