Fingernails in your own office are o.k. in my book. If you're taking off your shoes to clip your toenails there is some WTF to be considered. Toenails should be handled at home. Ultimately, it's his office so GTFO if you don't like it.

Nasty for sure, not as nasty IMO as the guy across the row from me on a flight a few years ago that was clipping his toe nails. He was the only one in the row on that side of the plane, but come on!

If he was in his office with the door closed it's not too big a deal to me. Still kind of gross but if he's not doing it in public then who cares.
