Office elevator etiquette - do you follow it?

I feel like a sense of elevator etiquette in the office or other similarly busy environments is pretty standard...

- Always wait for people to exit before you get in
- Get in and face the front
- Turn your music off and/or end phone conversations
- When the elevator arrives at your floor, let the females off first
- Don't fricking go up or down one floor. Just don't. Take the stairs. Unless you're handicapped obviously.

Am I being extreme by getting ticked off at people who violate this? It's always the guys in IT on our third floor who don't follow the so called etiquette. Our building is over 15 stories and they get in on the 3rd to go down to the 2nd for a meeting when we have people on the top floor going down to the lobby.
