South Dakota can count as one of the Dark Green states. Mississippi too, maybe? Anyone know what's going on there?

Mississippi voted for it on a referendum or something like that... There was some jacked up issue with procedural process... Then some hoebag Karen type senator from Madison who has also done some shady stuff sued the state holding up stuff. Not sure where it is now. Just a clusterfack that is Mississippi. There are some smart people and good people in that state but some leadership be dumb.

My pick of dark green gonna be Colorado prob maybe Arizona. Not sure what the fishing situation is like there tho.

Love seeing all the money being left on the table just because some bumfricks from rural Georgia are clutching their pearls over weed and sports gambling.

Not living in California I'd opt for the eastern side of Lake Tahoe though.

The referendum was ridiculous. Basically made it where pot shops could pop up anywhere and that all tax revenue had to be spent on marijuana. The mayor of Madison wanted to be able to control where they went so she sued on procedural grounds and rightly won.

The legislature cleaned the bill up and passed it. It will be legal in Mississippi July 1, and cities can control where the shops go, just like they can any other business. Nothing else really changed other than the agency in charge of the deal.

Well if you end up here in Colorado, you'll most likely spend the day snacking on an edible in I70 traffic for 6 hours only to get to a closed tunnel because your stoner arse didn't get on the road until after 0515

That's why I moved to Oregon. But with more and more states legalizing recreational, I was curious to see the responses. Didn't know about Virginia until I saw the map. It'd be great to have a Bojangles, Krystal, and Waffle House again.

Montana's a great state, but the Winters are probably pretty brutal.

I'm kind of curious about Nevada(Carson City, Reno, and Vegas).

Assuming I could find a good job, I wouldn't mind living in Denver area, Sedona, Flagstaff, Santa Fe, San Diego, or Phoenix. I feel like there are parts of Virginia that would be pretty cool to live in too.

Why are the 11 orange states not on board? That's stupid.
