used it all up to kill more people with the vax. Didn’t work though their employees survived so now they have to fire them

You think they’re being conservative with the published number? That would be odd.

If you are in Louisiana and in healthcare, all of your roots need to be in Louisiana. Otherwise, what the hell are you doing. Louisiana is a dead zone now for most jobs. But it has ALWAYS been shitty for healthcare. It’s only getting worse.

Just a couple rungs down from only military hospitals being used. Or military mobile disaster facilities. That navy vessel Hope (I think) being docked in BR or NOLA.

I don’t really think anything

I just heard 190m from meetings this morning

Either way, that’s 246k average or 194k average. Those aren’t low positions by any means

But again, that’s not the salary. Each cost of an employee includes all benefits. No 401k match, no healthcare cost, etc. Salary will be almost half.

That is likely the total savings, not simply salaries.

Acquiring the somewhat poorly-run LGMC umbrella.

Now they can lay off all the middle-managers from there before they overspend on contract workers because they have low retention rates that are clearly not related to their management policies.

WTF?

They all have horror stories. My wife was sent home from the lake and Woman's hospital performed emergency surgery based on the images from the lake a few hours later. The ER doc told her she had to get a surgery consult on her own and to call and make an appointment with a surgeon, the Surgeon and Woman's went nuclear on the lake and magically all our bills from the lake vanished and they covered a lot of the expenses incurred at Woman's.

Honestly, the ER's all over BR are scary as hell, med surge is barely an improvement but when you get to specialist you are usually in good hands regardless of system.

It’s not a joke. Ochsner has 38k employees they forced the poison on. Hell, at least 500 of them should have gotten too sick to work or died after 3 years right?

Roughly 1-2% is what Pfizer told me was our kill expectancy when I took the money

You mean as a malicious exit? Or the layoffs are causing an office to not be able to function?
