Ochsner charging $100/pay period if spouse is unvaccinated

Unreal. If you work at Ochsner and your spouse is under their medical plan and unvaccinated, they are going to add an extra $100 fee per pay period on top of the outrageous premiums already in place.

Just wait until you see how many employees they terminate within the next 2 months. If even 1% of employees remain unvaccinated, that's over 400 workers.
