There's a coworker at work whose generally considered to be superhuman. But she sends me something every day that has a grammatical error on it. And when she isn't around, I fix it. But then the next day she just changes it back to being grammatically wrong. And it's going out to a lot of people.

Grammatical errors bug the shite out of me, especially in news articles. You would expect people who write for a living to know better. Do "news organizations" still have editors?

It is bothersome. Most people probably only read writing that has not been properly edited - i.e., they read social media and blogs, not books. Therefore, they are seeing bad grammar constantly and not proper grammar. Soon no one will know what proper grammar is.

I have been cited many times by the spelling and grammar police it doesn't bother me at all.

After seeing it so much and making mistakes myself, I haven't let it bother as much. There is one that still bothers me but I try to correct when reading: the use of then and than
